SA Champs course

Well I arrived at Cape Town International on wed afternoon, and due to the Cape Argus cycle tour, my bike was a bit late. But never the less I was excited to head out to go check out the course.

After a few wrong turns we finnally managed to find the course. Hopped out our pannel van and went to go check out the course.
Its starts off with a sharp steep climb which is gonna kill the legs and pump the heart rate sky high! then countiues on the farm roads next to the vineyards until we meet the first and ONLY piece of single track, and honestly its 300m!! after that there are some nice climbs which should break up the groups that would have formed earlyer in the race.... Its all up hill to the top and then we bomb down back to the finish. There are a couple of nasty sharp corners which are gonna catch out some guys.
